The Syndicate Lancaster is looking for Cultivation Janitor with janitorial and maintenance with horticultural, landscaping, or cultivation experience. Main responsibilities for this role will include the daily maintenance of cultivation building and assisting with maintaining the cleanliness in the vegetative and bloom rooms and assisting in harvesting activities as necessary. Responsibilities: Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors and walls. Cleaning and sanitization of cultivation equipment. Maintain in house laundry daily, washing drying and hanging scrubs and lab coats as necessary. Gathers and empties trash bins, replace liners and removes trash to dumpster. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of all areas within building. Preparation of Vegetative and Bloom Rooms Sanitization, basic room upkeep, transplanting plants to other areas of the facility, and loading various vegetative areas. Additional duties outside of the primary job description as required by Management. Skills and Qualifications Capable of producing accurate work in a fast-paced environment. A reliable, positive, and punctual team player. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. The ability to work quickly under pressure. 1 year of previous janitorial or maintenance experience Physical Qualifications – Manual capability and strength, ability of getting dirty. Temperatures: High/ Low with High Dry or Humidity Levels Ability to lift, bend, squat, climb, and pass up to 15lbs. Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility for an entire shift Pay Rate: $15 per hour- Non negotiable. Full Time, At-Will.
