Empire Workforce Solutions is here for you. We are looking to hire quality experienced Packers in the city of Long Beach, CA. Duties include but are not limited to: • Check with Supervisor on duties that day. • Keep Production floor clean • Check grinders that the regrind is pulling correctly • Notify Operator if there is a problem with the grinder (stopped, overflow) etc. • Help pull pallets and stack bags. • Clean grinding room • Clean vacuum filters end of shift • Help empty and weigh/record scrap • Make boxes and band bundles. • Help recycle rejected material. • Help clear bottle jams at the transfer from cooling table to trimmer. • Help to clear overhead alpine system when bottles jam.
