Beware of Corgi Scammer

Description

Hello everyone! I have been meaning to post this for a while due to how upsetting the situation I faced was. I was searching for puppies in LA county and there was a "woman" named, Arianna Kapoor. She posed as a breeder and even provided me with a contract to vouch for her authenticity. She also provided me with an address, everything seemed truthful until she stopped messaging me. PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE BREEDERS/SELLERS WITH A DEPOSIT! Please, don't risk it. Ask to pay upfront. The "breeder" was asking for a $250 deposit and I stupidly provided her with that. She told me she would follow up with me regarding my "pup's" vet appointment. Of course, I didn't hear back from her. I emailed her MULTIPLE times and she never responded. Thankfully, I contacted my bank's fraud department and got my $ back but this may not be the case for everyone who has been in this predicament. Here are some tips to save you from being scammed: 1. Offer to pick-up the pup the same day 2. Offer to pay upfront 3. ALWAYS call or Facetime them * If they're making a fuss about it, don't risk it 3. Ask for pictures * Google Image Reverse Search the picture and see if they downloaded that picture from the internet. If this is the case, it's a SCAMMER 4. Always ask them for their number and email 5. Make sure they provide you with an address beforehand 6. Make sure to meet during the day 7. If they take a long time to respond to you when sending photos, you're most likely being scammed Remember to stay patient! You will find your future puppy. Don't go for the first listing you see. PLEASE do your research and utilize the tips I provided for your financial safety.
