Looking for a Journeyman Carpenter for Semi/full charge smaller jobs like Doors, Windows, Decks, fences, remodels. Nothing Fancy, just solid, reliable work for normal folks that need normal things done. I have any tools you dont, and can teach you anything you do not know how to do. Most jobs are easy in- easy out, with EXCELLENT clients that prefer quality work, are generally very easy to work with and happy we are there. You should demand enough of yourself that i wont have to ask for a damn thing. So we always strive to over deliver, and exceed client expectations. I have a decentralized approach and you will usually be working alone or with a helper. I do not micromanage, babysit, hand-hold or scream and yell. I expect a grown assed man to handle their business, old school. IDGAF if your genderneutral mommy/daddy didntnt pack a cocopuffs pudding pop in your spongebob squarepants lunchbox; Carpentry does not care about your feelings, people. So pack an extra pair of your lucky rocketship underpants.... youll need 'em. Must be a clean, tidy, skilled professional tradesman that understands that this is not Arizona, or california, or hell, mexico or russia, for that matter. and things need to be done differently....alot....Differently. Cognition, logic, reason and rational evidence based thought required: NPCs need not apply, for youll surely dissolve into an amorphous blob of gender pronouns and some garbage theory or other, as soon as the reality of reality sets in, and theres no huge job with dark corners to hide in, or cheat codes to skip over the hardest part of the job.... theres no usernames you can change, or Also, plenty of handyman type work north of shoreline: hand rails, small stairs, decks doors and windows. Handyman work pays a $75 for a 1 hour service call, and $50 per hour after that, plus materials. Highly skilled Tradesman can usually can do 5-10 calls a week part time and make a very good living. License, Vehicle and Background check required. Put "Come on, Man!" in the subject line.
