Description
I have a batch of babies that I would like to re-home.
They are with parents in a 29G planted tank with sponge filters and they should be kept together in a rearing tank to grow out. They were raised on baby brine shrimp but will transition to ground pellets. They eat eagerly and thoroughly.
Best for someone with aquarium experience and a willingness to educate themselves on angelfish. When they are grown, they could be grouped with 5-7 in a large tank and at age 9 months or so you might get some breeding pairs. When they are grown, you could keep favorites and sell the rest. There is nice variety in markings and color. I have included photo of the parents to get better idea of adult color.
-Re-homing fee of $25-35 depending on quantity.
-Eggs laid 4/7/21
-Kept in parent's tank, limited exposure to other fish and pathogens - only angelfish parents and pleco in building.
-All have nice ventral fins with other fins in good form too. No culls.
-I currently do a daily 10% water change.
-Please email back with your receiving tank information and any questions. They need a minimum of 20 gallon tall tank, and would be better with larger or two tanks. They shouldn't be in fish community until larger. Snails or pleco are fine and plants would be fine too.
