General Contractor is looking for a part-time handyman to work at a church to perform light maintenance tasks. Light Maintenance Technician (Handyman), is in charge of performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing minor repairs on building and equipment. Their duties include checking machinery, simple maintenance tasks, inspecting building conditions to insure safe building operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following : Simple Plumbing Task (i.e. leaky faucet repair, fix running toilet) Rearrange room furnishings, perform room set up Replace light bulbs, air filters etc. Candidate must have a car, This is a part-time position for 10 hours or less per week Work on weekends Starting Salary $14.00 per hr., Call for interview 703.860.1200
