FOUND white F dog all white

We found this dog around 4:30 pm on 4/29/21 right in front of Gardiner Elementary. She is all white except a tan spot on her right eye and a little black dot under her left eye. I'm pretty sure she's still young as her teeth & gums are perfect and she doesn't look like she has ever had puppies. Her head is on the smaller side. She is definitely someones dog as she had a collar on and is extremely friendly. She got along just fine with my dog, cats and kids right away. I have walked around the neighborhood and posted all over FB but have had no luck. I know dogs can travel pretty far but she did not seem hungry or thirsty when we found her so I don't think she had been missing long.
