Hiring a remodel team to finish an 800 sf remodel. Need to: Install three closet doors, and case and base inside. Paint outside: Outside needs caulk and masking and primer and paint. Tile bath floor and tub surround 95 sf. Install outlets and switches, three ceiling fans, lights. Install 11 kitchen cabinets and counter, sink/faucet/disposal, dishwasher and stove. Replace several floor boards, and glue down floor in back room, then sand/stain floors. Install 4?shutters. Pull off old roll roofing and install 12x18 peel-and-stick roll roofing on shed roof. Install 135 feet of side fence, and; stain. Re-grade along back wall, mow and rake and trim bushes and tree and cut/burn stumps. Add edging and bushes, till and plant seed. Haul away all debris from the job.
