Box Truck Helper - Up to $165.00 per day

Full time 6 days a week Help load and unload the truck at the dock. Assist the driver any way he needs you to. Do the 30 minute customer call aheads. Assist the driver in bringing the appliances down from the truck and to assist in getting them in the house. Both driver and helper are to look for and note any damage to appliances before they go on the truck at the dock and again before they are taken into the home. If damage is found it is to be called in to dispatch as unseen damage. Keep the back of the truck clean and organized. The job is local but you must be willing to be on a travel team. Travel teams go to other facilities, out of state, for several weeks at a time. Pay is higher when traveling as well as pay for hotel and per diem pay. Experience on a box truck with a moving company or appliance installation company is preferred but we will train the right person.
