Need help with roof tarps

Hello my mom has had no roof since Harvey but has had tarps. They came off in some of the weather I live in Houston but she needs tarp help now. She can’t drive her car to corpus to buy good tarps because the power steering is out and she doesn’t drive well in construction. And my bother passed away in November so there are no men to help. Her roof started leaking in the night and paint is coming down in her hallway and soaked her bed. Can anyone please lend a helping hand. She has health issues and could use some help and prayers right about now. Please text her and say your daughter asked for roof help. any help would be greatly appreciated I don’t want her on a roof trying to do this herself.
