Hi! I have a few rental properties for which I need regular help with. Schedule is pretty flexible, but duties would include the following: - interior painting - small drywall repair - weeding & basic landscaping - Minor repairs such as wall outlet replacements, garbage disposal replacements, caulking - Optional, but nice to have -- experience with major items such as installation of showers, and roof repairs. Please provide to me your qualifications and what your rates are. Thanks!
