You will begin your training working on one of our stock items - But for those who love craftsmanship, you can also move into a paid apprenticeship and learn to build our quality custom gaming tables. Good people skills. • Active: As our order backlog increases and we ramp up production – we will be hustling to get a quality product in the hands of our customers. This position involves being on your feet, lifting up to 75 lbs, and working in an active role as part of our production team. • Desire to Learn: We offer paid, hands-on training if you are willing to learn—no textbooks. No classes. No homework. • Efficient: We take a Lean Manufacturing approach and look for a production associate who continuously asks – "How can we do this better?" • Positive: Brings a "Can Do" attitude and willingness to join a clean-cut, tobacco-free workplace.
