You have a band. One of your members left, so you need to replace that person. You respond to ads placed by guitarists / pianists / bassists / drummers or whatever you're looking for and you say "Established band, gigs booked. We play [insert music style here]. Are you interested?" But you don't mention the name of the band, or provide a link to recordings or videos. What's with the secrecy? How do you expect musicians to form an impression of your band and give you an answer? If your band is truly established, it has a name. Put your fingers on the keyboard and TYPE THE NAME. WTF...
