Northern Virginia Maintenance Company seeking: FACILITIES & WASTE SPECIALIST Located in FRANCONIA, VA - Full Time Position staff needed to do neighborhood litter pick up, common area waste can servicing, bulk item pick up, and assist the repairs team as needed. Candidate will often be working independently, so it needs to be someone with self starting characteristics. Vehicle will be provided. Hours will be 8-4 M-F JOB REQUIREMENTS: -Valid Drivers License and relatively clean driving record -Able to Lift 50lbs -Willing to learn and adapt ​-Reliable ​ -Able to work in all weather conditions -Able to walk extensive neighborhood grounds daily -Able to work with your hands -Self-Starter -Must be authorized to work in the U.S. -Communicate in English Qualified Candidates only
