Description
*Valid Driver's License with approved Motor Vehicle Record. Reliable transportation to and from work each day.
*Must be able to bend/kneel/stand/walk for long periods of time.
*Must be able to lift/push/pull 50 pounds regularly.
*Ability to perform manual, strenuous labor including but not limited to cleaning parking lots and driveways, pushing blowers and brooms, crack filling, sealcoating, asphalt patching.
*Knowledge of proper use of seal coat and crack filing equipment and tools.
*Ability to operate and manage the use of equipment to pave the site.
*Follow safety standards to maintain safe worksites.
*Willing to work overtime and weekends (Saturday or Sunday) when necessary.
*Work outdoors while handling equipment and materials. Ability to withstand weather conditions.
