Looking for someone to mow the lawn of a small corner unit apartment building in Ferndale (corner of E. Breckenridge & Bermuda). Grass can easily be cut in less than 30 minutes.
Will pay $20/cash, per service. Lawn must be cut every 10 days (not weekly).
