I own a business similar to a wine and paint but it's with cannabis called "Puff and Paint". I have experience in another legal state and am thrilled to bring it back home to my NY fam. I have helpful knowledge on how to do it all the right way so it's not stepping on anyone's toes. Seeking a place to work out of (probably 1-2x per month to start) off. I need a decent size space for classes, think minimum 25 people comfortably, with WIFI, electric, lighting, heat, A/C, water, sink and a bathroom. Parking is helpful. If you have tables and chairs that would be amazing. Everyone signs a release for us of all liability and gets ID'd.
