We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative.
Position Expectations:
• Take inbound calls by utilizing the phone switchboard
• Meet, greet and assist walk-in customers
• Work with multiple departments as needed to ensure exceptional customer service
• Be a solution provider for internal and external customers and team members
• Other job duties as assigned, including
• Data Entry
• Circulation
• Receiving
