ISO Space to have a preschool

I am a teacher wanting to open a preschool (not a daycare) in the Stevensville area in August for the school year. I am searching for a space to rent or lease to house my preschool. I don't need a lot of space. I would hold small classes of 6 to 8 students. It must have access to a bathroom and a kitchen would be nice. I am open to creative ideas.
