Looking for a home for this sweet boy

Wally is a 6 year old golden retriever Australian shepherd mix and is being rehomed at no fault of his own. Ive been struggling with my mental health along with caring for 3 kids and I have no energy or patience left for him unfortunately and it's just not fair to him. Wally loves going on hikes, he is awesome with farm animals so would be a great farm dog but definitely not necessary as he is also content laying around the house with you and just going for the occasional walk. He stays with you without a leash. He is house trained but does best if he is crated or kept in one room at night. He does good with most dogs but gets a but annoyed with puppies the one time he was around one. Good with kids but prefers older kids that don't climb all over him. However he just let's out a grumble and walks away when the kids annoy him and has never been aggressive what so ever to them. He is neutered but not currently utd on his shots. I feel sad for having to rehome such a perfect dog, but my kids need everything I have and there isn't much left over at the end of the day for this sweet boy unfortunately. Asking 150 to ensure a good home but could be open to less if you could prove to be a good fit for him
