Tile Install needed in Small Bathroom - Tub Walls and Floor

I need tile installed for my bathrooom renovation. Alcove tub with tiling on walls above, backerboard is already installed and prepped, just need the tiles cut and installed, approx 65 sqft. Floor also needs to be tiled, approx 50 sqft. I already have tiles and all materials, you just supply tools and labor. Replies MUST include either an estimated price for the whole job or per hour/daily price and estimated number of days. Also let me know when you can get started, looking to move quickly, project will be ready to get started next Monday (5/3).
