Long-Term Handyman -- good for someone semi-retired

Jobs

Montgomeryville PA

Description

I recently purchased a house and have a mix of small and big projects but little time to get to it all. I'm looking for someone open to working on some of the items below. Very flexible -- if you want to work 3 hours here and there? That's good. Want to work a few times a month? Also sounds good to me. Hate plumbing? All good just take on the work you want. I imagine a semi-retired handy person close to North Wales who still wants some extra income and to keep busy, but I'm open to anyone who thinks this would be a good fit. Small projects in the short-term: caulk windows replace ceiling fan fix some loose bathroom floor tiles replace light fixtures new trim in the living room replace light switches fix doors out of alignment weatherize doors new doorknobs/locks replace faucets in bathroom sinks painting all over install outdoor speakers fix deck railing Other projects to tackle in the next year or two (I realize most of these are bigger than a one-man job): new flooring in 80% of the first floor replace sliding door replace sinks and vanities new kitchen wall of storage cabinets I have plenty of the basic tools so you won't need to bring much, I already have: table saw chop saw sawhorse drills circular saw clamps nails/screws hammers knee pads levels jigsaw reciprocating saw lights shopvac Any questions? Just send me an email.
