Property manager of multiple rental properties looking for maintenance team in the Philadelphia area for ruffly 40 hours a week. First day is cash everyday there after is weekly payoll. Job pays $22 an hour greater. Tuesday through Saturday or 11 to 7. Must have car and own tools. Must know how to frame, sheet rock and finish.
