We are seeking a full time person cleaning person for our Apartment Community in Phoenixville, PA Essential Job Functions: Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner. Performs routine cleaning tasks in apartments, hallways, lobbies, offices, fitness centers, rest rooms and elevators. Performs grounds inspections and cleans up trash on property. Light Maintenance duties and assists with deliveries when needed. Share on-call responsibility. (If applicable) Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Other duties as assigned.
