We are searching for a reliable Maintenance Technician to become a part of our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our Property Management portfolio. The Maintenance Technician's responsibilities include performing ad hoc painting, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry duties. You should also be able to resolve tenants' maintenance-related queries and complaints as they arise.
To be successful as a Maintenance Technician, you should demonstrate an organized, thorough approach to your duties. Ultimately, an outstanding Maintenance Technician will remain abreast of technological advances that could facilitate their functions in this role.
Responsibilities:
Adjusting/changing doorknobs, locks, hinges, and gates, as required.
Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains.
Replacing carpets and wooden floors.
Installing and repairing wires receptacles, lights, switches, and other devices.
Painting interior walls/ceilings/millwork and exterior walls.
Disposing of trash
Tracking inventory to ensure that you have adequate maintenance supplies.
Scheduling repairs that warrant special technical skills.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Smart Phone capable of downloading and employing apps that our company uses.
Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role preferred.
Carpenter experience.
Light electrical, plumbing experience.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds without assistance.
Dexterity and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Available to work on weekends, if required.
Valid drivers license with reliable transportation
