Rehoming Hamster

I am looking to rehome my Syrian Hamster. I am moving out of state and think it would be best to find her a new home. Unfortunately most of the renting policies don’t allow Rodents where I am going. There WILL be a rehoming FEE, to ensure she goes to the proper home. She will come with everything I have for her including the tank she lives in. The tank is very large, my guess is it’s at least 40 gallons.
