Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Maneuver fabrication machines to cut, bend, grind and adjust materials • Review blueprints, drawings, and other specification papers before starting work on a fabrication process and during the steps to ensure accurate completion • Prepare parts for coating • Ensure that all components are produced/coated efficiently and are consistent with company established goals for quality and customer order on-time performance • Ensure all safety guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environment • Proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment Qualifications • Understanding of construction tasks and industrial processes • Strong attention to detail • Able to work in a fast pace environment • At least one year of fabrication experience We reward your hard work and success: • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA and 401(k) • Paid Time Off Plan • Company Closes in Observance of Major Holidays
