Property Management Assistant (Asbury Park)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Must be local, not living more than 20 MINUTES away
Accept tenant complaints
Pick up easily on our rent program knowledge of excel and word /general computer experience
Writing professional letters
Entering and following up on work orders for tenants for maintenance repairs
Move in and out reports
Looking for individuals (Spanish knowledge is helpful), we will train individuals with our methods of apartments management but some general real estate business knowledge of the business Is helpful.
Job duties include:
• Manage all day to day aspects of the property
• Post notices to tenants
• Opportunity to lease vacant units (flexible showing times/days)
• Communicate with tenants about move-ins, move-outs, and work orders
• Schedule with maintenance vendors for repairs and vacant unit turns
Requirements
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Posting Craigslist ads, etc)
• Organized, self-motivated and able to multitask
• Some, but not a lot of property management experience (we can train you!)
• Honest, energetic with a sense of humor
• A professional appearance and a great attitude
• Building maintenance, electric, plumbing knowledge
• Must have your own smart phone and a personal computer.
• You must have an unflappable attitude and the ability to de-escalate situations!
