Found Rottweiler - E 7th & Caton Ave

Found a Rottweiler tied to a fence on E 7th Ave and Caton Ave last night (04/30) around 11:30 PM. He was pretty cold and confused. No tags or chip (we confirmed today). We took him in with us last night and he knows basic commands. He’s very friendly and playful. I’d say he’s about 2-3 years old. He’s been super thirsty.
