Position Responsibilities: • Lead technician experience a plus • Inspect and sweep chimneys, fireplaces, and dryer vents • Chimney repairs, chimney crowns, repointing/tuckpointing, and flashing • Install chimney caps, chase covers, etc. • Comfortable on ladders and confidently be able to work on a roof • Must be punctual and able to meet time commitments • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills and a trustworthy individual • Able to work without direct supervision and supervise others • Sales ability • HVAC, plumbing, or home remodeling experience a plus • Mechanical and masonry skills needed Additional Qualifications: • Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders • Comfortable in attics and crawl spaces • Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and a good driving record • Social security card/be a US citizen • Ability to pass a drug test and background check • Be healthy and physically fit • Have a good Mechanical aptitude • Be a problem solver • Be reliable and ethical • HVAC, pest control, or construction is a plus
