The primary responsibility of a Retail Customer Service Representative is to provide friendly, exceptional service to each and every customer. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can represent our company and services. The perfect candidate could also press. We are open M-F 7:30am-5:30pm and Sat. 8-3pm. Part-time. We are a family owned and operated dry cleaner's since 1930. Will train.
Examples Of Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
*Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner
* Enter customer information into our system and identify cleaning preferences
*Tag garments in
*Keep front area clean and other miscellaneous tasks
*Accept payment and process appropriately
