Seeking a skilled handyman local to Durham with room in your schedule to assist owner with management of 6 rental houses in west Durham. Experience with plumbing, carpentry, minor electric, roof leaks, general renovation skills essential. Someone comfortable doing repairs on older houses, who owns their own tools and is respectful of tenants. Would add up to significant volume. Interested in building relationship with someone who is already doing similar work, and ideally gradually passing more responsibility to that person with fair compensation. References helpful.
