We are currently seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our team where this key individual will be responsible for handling the day to day building maintenance repairs; carpentry, electrical, heat/air conditioning, plumbing, conveyor, and mechanical and general maintenance for the Distribution Center. Tuesday Morning Shifts: 1st Shift - M-F- 5:30 AM-2:00 PM 2nd Shift - M-F 2:30 PM-11:00 PM Weekend Shift - Fri, Sat. & Sun - 6am-6pm Job Duties include but not limited to: Repair / maintain interior and exterior of buildings (Paint, Plumbing, Carpentry, Basic Electrical, Landscaping, etc.) Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair (Including but not limited to interior & exterior lighting / fixtures, light switches, electrical outlets, etc.) Troubleshoot electrical components such as photo-eye, VFD drives, relays sensors, and barcode readers for automated conveyor systems. Minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing systems Electrical and mechanically inclined, Carpentry & Plumbing skills Perform various monthly preventative maintenance as assigned Move materials and supplies around the campus based on customer and leadership requests Manage a variety of sub-contractors performing work that has been assigned  Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in a building maintenance or related work Allen Bradly PLC software experience preferred but not required Additional Qualities: Open-minded willingness to learn various tasks and approaches Must be well organized, demonstrate the ability to prioritize and follow through on all tasks and projects with limited supervision Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and in a 1-on-1 team situation Maintain excellent attendance Must possess good organizational skills Must possess high sense of urgency tempered with a strong attention to detail Must be able to operate in a team environment effectively Previous building maintenance experience required Working Conditions: Outside environmental conditions found in the Distribution Centers, hot in the summer, cold in the winter. Individuals may need to walk for an extensive period of time while working and walking the facilities; to reach over shoulder heights; bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
