We are searching for a part time (possibly full time) property maintenance/handyman with plumbing experience. Minimum of 3-4 days. The properties are in Anaheim Hills, Santa Ana, and Laguna Hills. Physical Demands: • Ability to carry, crouch, crawl, push, pull, bend, stop, and/or reach. • Ability to climb/carry ladders. Job Accountabilities: • Perform plumbing, electrical, paint, drywall, stucco, as well as general maintenance duties. • Perform preventative maintenance and custodial tasks. • Complete work orders and other duties assigned. • Assist with troubleshooting/repairing/installing as needed. • Maintain a safe and effective work area/environment and use appropriate personal protective and safety equipment. • Able to work with multiple changing priorities and ability to work independently. • Organized and work well under pressure/deadlines with the ability to multi-task. • Able to document, communicate irregularities and continuing needs. • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary.
