The Parking Attendant greets guests and monitors vehicle traffic in the parking lot. The Parking Attendant maintains secure watch over the lot and ensures that Jensen Parking guidelines for allowable activities are being followed by the customers. The Parking Attendant maintains the cleanliness of the lot. Documents vehicles entering and exiting the lot. Monitors and enforces parking lot rules Routinely removes trash and debris from the lot Responsibilities: Welcome and greet guests with a positive attitude when they arrive to the Jenson parking lot. Direct guest and customers to their appropriate parking area. Control the flow a traffic in a safe manner. Reporting to work on time and ready to work Representing the company in a highly professional manner at all times Remain customer service oriented in stressed environments Be at least 20 years old of age. Have reliable transportation Customer service experience (preferred) Ability to work and stand for long periods of time. Excellent communication skills -- verbal and written Maintains parking lot by removing trash and debris.
