Aloha! Aloha Landscaping and Services is looking for a Foreman and workers. We are a growing company and we need a leader for our maintenance crew, and expanding our crews. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Valid Drivers License- good driving record 2. 1-2 years of experience with Maintenance equipment 3. Know how to drive trucks with trailers, dump trucks, etc. (back up trailers) 4. Knows how to use landscaping equipment (edger, trimmer, mower, etc) RESPONSABILITIES: - Lead team of 2-3 men to finish a certain amount of homes during a specific time - Take care of equipment inventory - Train crew on the Aloha way of quality work and customer service - Review and delegate responsibilities per job to crew members. - Ensure that the jobs are completed on time and correctly. - Communicate with office of any requests from clients BENEFITS: - Bonus on signed commercial contracts - Bonus on signed residential contracts - Other We pay according to experience.
