MG Properties Group is looking for an experienced Floating Maintenance Technician to join our team to help out at our Santa Rosa Apartment Homes in Wildomar, CA and other properties in the area! The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more! * Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 150 unit property! * Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must! * Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success! * Prefer HVAC certified!
