Seeking lead guitar for original band

Hey there We are an all original band, rehearsing, recording weekly and of course wanting to gig out ASAP. We just lost our key player to a job transfer and are changing gears. ^No covers, with plenty of tunes ready to go, just need a tasteful, melodic dedicated lead player. Looking for a Clean melodic sound, no Marshall stack players or excessive distortion. If we are in any category, it is probably Jam Band type music, (from the dead to he talking heads) ability to really learn songs...and to improv as well is very important to us. We are not looking for another song writer.. but All tunes are completely open to you’re interpreting for lead ideas. Singing would be great also !
