Responsibilities & Qualifications: • Plant knowledge and experience required • Oversee staff by communicating, providing direction and training • Ensure daily duties are completed properly • Help ensure plant health with proper care and placement • Supervise weekend operations • Balance cash register and daily sales • Assist in ordering material • Weekends are mandatory
