Found Black Dog

Very friendly large black dog ended up on my front porch. She has a light green collar with a piece of broken of orange rope attached. No id or tags. She appears to have no problem with my cats and wants to come in the house. She's heartbroken. If this is your dog, please call me at . I will try to hold on to her as long as I can but have no yard for a dog. Please call.
