Job Skills / Requirements Position Summary: Responsible for the management of all aspects of cleaning functions for client accounts at assigned locations. Provide overall leadership and direction to direct reports responsible for assigned cleaning functions, maintenance of equipment, employee work schedules, performance reviews, discipline, job training, etc. Primary Responsibilities: Implement and successfully manage cleaning processes as directed by the company’s quality standards. Manage the day-to-day activities of each employee Assure that safety and best practices are maximized Manage the employment and training of staff Resolve issues and conflicts with employees and clients Analyze and implement process flow improvements Oversee implementation and administration of department policies and procedures Determine staffing needs for each client Interview, hire, facilitate employment application process, and manage terminations Manage time off work schedules and leaves of absences Manage time reporting, payroll submissions, and distribution of paychecks Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws Ensure compliance with OSHA, workplace incidents, and safety Responsible for maintenance of cleaning equipment by direct reports Assist VP with forecasting facility requirements and make recommendations Manage monthly budget Competencies: Must be analytical Must possess good oral and written skills in both English and Spanish Must be able to determine what the problem is and resolve issues Must be knowledgeable of all facets pertaining to the cleaning industry Must be able to plan work schedules and future staffing needs Must exhibit professionalism at all times Must exhibit commitment to the business to get the work done accurately and timely Skills: Must be extremely organized Ability to manage a team of direct reports Ability to resolve conflict Must follow company policies and hold direct reports accountable
