I need a few things fixed and/or cleaning up: 1. Fix a broke fence; 2. Fix a side gate door; 3. Clean out the the crawlspace (the insulation is coming down); 4. Repair the screen porch; 5. Cover the crawlspace vent; 6. Fix my arbor - and it needed to be painted - and other items. Most of this work needs an estimant. I pay in cash only. If you are interested, it requires a picture of YOU and pictures of your work - no pictures, no work. (I DON'T WANT TO HAVE A COMPLETE STRANGER COMING TO MY HOME!)
