Eastern Drayage is currently one of the leading trucking companies in the Newark NJ area. We operate a fleet of over 100 trucks that operate in and out of the NJ ports. There is currently a nationwide driver shortage where there aren’t drivers to support the volumes that are needed. Our company is looking for individuals that have excellent recruiting / sales. The individual would be responsible to find us drivers that currently works for other companies and try to recruit them to join our team. We have an excellent reputation as well as great work that drivers enjoy handling. Individual must posses excellent sales and solicitation skills as part of this projects will require the individual to be out at truck stops speaking with potential candidates. This is a salary plus commission position.
