UB Research Study needs Male Adults aged 60-74 years old

You May Qualify If You: • Males are between 60-68 and 70-74 years old and older • Can walk with/without assistive devices • Can follow simple exercise instructions • Are a non-smoker or have not smoked in the past year • Do not have current diabetes, heart, pulmonary or vascular diseases, foot deformities, amputation, untreated glaucoma, and Parkinson’s disease Participation Involves: • One-time assessment at UB South Campus (Kimball Tower, 119 Goodyear Road) including answering questions and measurements using lightweight devices that do not cause pain on your forehead and lower leg. You will finish two quick short-term memory tests, and four non-vigorous walking and balance tests with the devices. The assessments will be done within 2.5 hours.
