The ideal candidate will be hired to work alongside our Maintenance Manager to help maintain all of Hampton Lake’s amenities and property. Skills: Working knowledge helpful in any or all: • HVAC • Plumbing • Carpentry • Masonry • Electrical Requirements: Must be 18 years old Must have a good driving record – 3yr MVR required Salary: $15.50/hour Benefits include: Paid time off (PTO) Paid Holidays Group Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401k match
