No phone calls or emails accepted Warehouse order fulfillment The Warehouse is where the orders are pulled and prepared for shipping. Orders are prepared, packed and shipped. This involves working with various departments to gather portions of the order and prepare for packing. Once the entire order is gathered and prepared, it is carefully packed for shipping. Warehouse personnel also restock inventory among other duties. The "custom" nature of our products require a keen attention to detail. The warehouse is a fast paced environment and you will need to be alert and bring your "A" game every day. You must possess strong multitasking skills. Compensation is above average. Potential for advancement is high. Shift and Schedule This Full-time position is 9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday (30 minute lunch) with occasional overtime. You need to have the flexibility to work overtime as the business needs. Pay Rate (Compensation) · The pay rate for this position starts at $12.00 - $13.00 an hour depending on experience/qualifications. · Raises at 30, 90, 180 and 365 days. Pay is (MIN) $15.00 an hour after 1 year. · Strong potential for advancement and growth for the right candidate. · Paid Holidays. · One week paid vacation after 1st year. · Colonial Life - (accident policy) after 90 days. Position Responsibilities include: · Pull/Pick items for customer order fulfillment. · Confirm (recount) orders to ensure accuracy. · Prepare items for packing. · Restock inbound inventory. · Pack orders for safe shipping. · Clean and maintain warehouse environment. Qualifications · Required - High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) · Required - You must have your own transportation to work. (You drive yourself to work and do not depend on someone else to get to work.) · Required - Lift heavy boxes up to 65 pounds. · Required - Read a ruler (A measurement test will be given in person to all applicants considered.) · Requested - General computer skills for order lookup. · Requested - Warehouse order picking experience.
