In this class, local artist Jebel Jones will lead you through the fundamentals of photography and creating visual interest. Summer vacations and family get-togethers are coming! 🌞 Learn the tips and tricks to capture incredible trips and reunions. Participants (18 yo+) will learn how to achieve incredible shots through the exploration of the fundamentals of photography! Bring whatever camera you have: DLSR, Point-and-shoot, or even iPhone and Android. 📷 The class will be in two parts (90 minutes total) Part 1 (45 minutes): Camera Basics: Focus, frame, automatic v. aperture, shutter speed, and ISO.Leading lines: leading lines, perspectives, tonal color transitions, eye movement.Point of view: Scale, positions, unusual views, unsuspected views. Part 2 (45 minutes): Simplicity: Image elements, internal complexity, separation, primary visuals.Asymmetry: Vertical, horizontal, quadrants, and thirds. Meet your instructor: Jebel Jones
