Need Help with my Backyard

Help! We have a backyard that needs help. We do have dogs~ We have a section in our yard that has our tree blocking the full sun, so you can imagine what my ground looks like~ ITS ALL DIRT. I am looking for someone/company who can help us. Artificial turf we are thinking~We are at a loss~ We need to patch up some areas as well the dogs have ripped up too. I need HELP ASAP! Please serious inquiries only ;) I’ve heard a lot of prices and for how tiny our yard is there is no way we are paying $8,000.00-$22,000.00! I look forward to hearing from you Thank you!!!
