High-End construction company is seeking to fill multiple positions for highly skilled/experienced Laborers. Turn Key Design & Construction works primarily in Interior Renovation work (commercial & residential). - We do a high amount of kitchen & bath work, but also do complete Reno of full spaces. - We are fast paced and very busy. Your work must be knowledgeable, clean & high quality. - We primarily work in Manhattan/Brooklyn. - Must have your own transportation. Must be able to show up on time to job sites at 8:45am. (Monday thru Friday) - Positions are W2/taxed. Must be able to show proof of tax ID or social security number to work. - Sorry, NO APPRENTICES OR HELPERS at this time. - Please Email Your Resume with a List of your Skills & Experience _____________________________________________________________________________ We are looking for skilled Laborers with at least 7+ yrs experience in the following positions: - Painting - Plaster/Spackle/Skim coat/Scraping & Prep work etc (must be capable of clean work/finishes, must be familiar with different types of paints/textures.) _____________________________________________________________________________ - Carpentry - Sheetrock/Drywall/Insulation/Framing/Joist & Stud work etc - Cabinetry Installation (IKEA/Semi-Handmade is a plus) (must be capable of clean work, able to use a variety of saws, able to read blueprint/design plans) *WE DO A HIGH AMOUNT OF CABINETRY INSTALLS WITH IKEA/SEMI-HANDMADE PRODUCTS. KNOWLEDGE WITH THIS IS A HUGE PLUS. MUST BE WILLING TO LEARN THE INSTALL OF THESE PRODUCTS* _____________________________________________________________________________ - Tile & Grout work (all types) - Flooring (all types) _____________________________________________________________________________ - General Labor - If you have vast general experience in most of the above (including demo work, able to lift at least 50 pounds, loading and unloading materials) you are welcome to apply, but you must be prepared to show your skills immediately.
