Description
2 Building Co-Op with a Total of 168 apartments. Your duties will be to assist the superintendent in all building repairs and maintenance. Some electrical work (ex. changing of a switch) and some plumbing work knowledge is a must(ex. change washers, snake water lines, flushometer repairs). Plastering and light painting, assist porters in waxing and buffing floors, able to use snow blower, power washer and use of everyday tools necessary to make repairs. This is not a Porter's position, it is a skilled Handyman position. Only those with skills listed above should apply. Resume A Must. Must have 2 or more years experience and must submit to a background/credit check.
